Cancellation Policy

All of our stylists at Spruce are independent contractors, as opposed to employees. Their livelihood is compromised when appointments are cancelled or rescheduled without sufficient notice. Therefore, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel/reschedule a haircut, and a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel/reschedule any color, chemical, or combined services.

Appointments booked online require a minimum of 48 hours notice.

 

No Show Fee/Late Arrivals                            

No call/now shows are subject to a $25 fee for haircuts and $50 fee for colors

If you are late to your appointment we reserve the right to reschedule your appoinment and you may be subject to a no show fee
